Very large mounted Eland skull and horns. Approximately 117cm ( 46 "). Massive piece of taxidermy. Mounted on an oak shield There is some deterioration to the skull and horns which leads me to believe that this was not a hunting trophy but  was more likely to have been picked up from an animal that had died of natural causes. The nosey cat is just to give an idea of scale
